Thank you for sharing your thoughts

Every so often I like to thank the readers that comment here. I appreciate your taking the time to read the various thoughts and commentary.

As I mentioned in a comment on David’s blog (www.treppenwitz.com) I really appreciate the interaction. I blog because it is an easy way for me to get a better understanding of my thoughts and feelings about anything and everything. I get to consider why I believe what I believe.

I like to think that everything is based upon logic and that I arrived at my positions through rational discourse, but that is not always true. There are times in which I am just arbitrary about my thoughts and feelings. But it is good to understand this. I like knowing how I arrived at position XYZ.

I also enjoy meeting new people that otherwise I might not ever interact with.

Anyway, here is my usual pitch to say please feel free to comment. It is ok to disagree and often encouraged. Hell, I disagree with people just because I like to. So give a shout and let me know you are around.

    Hi Pandora,

It is not a problem. Feel free to ask questions at any time.

    Thanks, Jack. 🙂

I wanted to ask questions earlier but I didn’t want you to think I was a complete idiot. It’s just that I was born and raised in Montana and we don’t have a whole lot of diversity here so the opportunity to learn about others is very limited. So please bear with me if I ask silly questions!

    Hi Pandora,

I am happy to explain things. If you ever have any questions let me know and I can help you. In the interim if you want a ton of information you can always try http://www.jewfaq.org.

I also enjoy meeting people that I might never have gotten the chance to meet otherwise.

I enjoy reading what you have to say. I have never been exposed to Jewish traditions so I have a difficult time understanding what you are talking about and the words you use. But I love to learn about other people and reading your blog is a learning experience for me.

    Thanks for writing!
