    I’m wondering if my new patio and yard will be paying a heavy price for the heat that was in the high 90s, muggy and HUMID. The laborers who were doing the job worked really hard and some very long hours, but you have to wonder how well anyone can do in that kind of heat.

    I vaguely remember criticism of how cold it is in Cleveland.
