That was a wonderful op-ed… thanks for posting the link to it.
As someone who was turned away from the military (poor health), I have a deep respect for those who do serve.
And it really grates on my nerves that the Cindy Sheehans of the world can’t see a most basic irony: they can protest all they want, because of the very actions, of the very people, that they are protesting…
