Report: More than 200 dead after troops storm school

“Reports said as many as 1,200 hostages might have been inside the school and that 70 percent of them were children. Earlier reports had placed the number of hostages at a few hundred.

A news report said three hostage-takers have been arrested and are being interrogated. Russian forces killed 27 hostage takers, Interfax quoted officials as saying.

Valery Andreyev, head of the local branch of the FSB intelligence service, said 10 of the dead hostage-takers were from Arab countries, after Russian troops stormed the school earlier Friday.”

This is just a horrible story, so sad. I am interested in learning more about who the terrorists were. Note that the story reports that 10 of them were from Arab countries. It doesn’t specify whether they were Arabs, but you would think that they were.

And that being said, are we witnessing more cooperation among the “mujahedeen.” I think that there are a number of storylines to follow here.

It’s heartbreaking, for sure. Fox News is reporting that those 10 were “Arab mercenaries.”

This is a very odd and confusing story, and one that the Country (ours) has yet to be interested in.
(It’s Russia; how does that affect ME?)
The details are still quite sketchy; I barely understand exactly what is going on there.

Larry King thinks that the world is just TRANSFIXED on Scott Peterson and Mark Hacking.

And am I the only one who thinks it’s ironic that a guy named “Hacking” is accused of murder?
