Scientist Who Created K Ration Diet Dies

“MINNEAPOLIS – Ancel Keys, the University of Minnesota scientist who invented the K ration diet used by soldiers in World War II and who linked high cholesterol and fatty diets to heart disease, has died at the age of 100.”

I thought that this was an interesting story.
