After the last post I needed something lighter and I came across this video about Blue Whales that is just spectacular. You can watch it from within the post or click on this.

Whales are among my favorite animals and Blue Whales fascinate me.

If you haven’t made it by this week here is a list of what has been posted so far:

“Bloody Large” Amazing animals. We have a lot of Southern Right whales and only stays at Siri Lanka. They say this whale is shy. The Southern Rights are not shy at all.

i’ll have to go to Siri Lanka again but this time not as a stop over to Maldives but to go and watch whales.

Boy, that’s a lot of sushi! You KNOW I’m kidding (better write ’cause there is not way to transmit humour through this screen). Funny, as i write this a recommendation just came up that said “Shut up Already”. Hmmmmm, is Jack trying to tell me something?

Anyway, those whales are huge, man. Have you ever seen one for real? I never have and that vid was very cool. Imagine it coming up and tipping over your boat. Yikes! Their haaats are larger than a caaaa. Love those Auzzie’s.

    Thanks for sharing that, man.

      Hi Ralph,

Those beasties are something else. I haven’t seen Blue Whales up close but I have seen humpbacks and they are exceptional.

I can only imagine what the Blue Whales look like in person.

Wow. They’re huge. I’m so glad that it wasn’t me in the boat when it came up to the surface 🙂

    Really beautiful animals.
