I really like tea, especially stomping it. Stomping grapes is kind of fun too. Thanks for your thoughts, I really appreciate it.
I’ve been told that green tea helps relax the system – I found it very relaxing to stomp the box of green tea into many, many pieces. Perhaps actually drinking it will help!
