Yeah, I noticed it and was taken aback even the first time he said it. I am not comfortable with it (for many reasons).
He was almost bragging about it and I find that to be in poor taste (not to mention the fact that he neither sounded very convincing nor did he talk about a plan for finding them).
I would have preferred if he had said instead that he planned to stop the terrorists or bring them to justice or even just if he’d said he would catch them. But kill them? He can take his drama somewhere else. I am not impressed.
First you gotta find them, then you can think about killing them. So far, despite a multi billion dollar manhunt, the primary terrorist masterminds are still on the loose. Osama bin-laden, ayman al-zawahiri, abu musab al-zarwawi and even mullah omar remain untraceable.
