Used to watch Six Feet Under until they did a show in which a child died. It was too close to home for me and I had to stop.
Would have started again, but I had too many other shows:
Angel, Buffy, Third Watch, Survivor, The Amazing Race and every now and then “The Bachelor.”
Oh can’t forget the Apprentice

Six Feet Under is also really compelling, and in addition to Nip/Tuck, try FX’s Rescue Me, which is gritty, funny, tragic, real…etc…

If not my favorite show, it is in the top 3.

Curb your enthusiasm is fun to watch(i’m watching the first season, in holland time moves slower). From other tv-shows, i’m enjoying nip/tuck at the moment.
