Some Reasons Why T-Mobile Irritates Me

  1. The inability to change a rate plan without being subjected to a contract extension. There is something unfair and rotten about this. It is a bit like taking money from a loan shark. You can pay him back but you are forever tainted.
  2. Reception, Reception, Reception. I still drop calls in far too many places.
  3. Customer Disservice- Sorry, too many uninformed CSRs and too many minutes spent on hold and or navigating your voice jail system.

And this is just a partial list.

what’s funny is, about a week ago I was about to post why Verizon irritates me but I never got around to it. The grass is always greener on the other side I guess..

Just an FYI, Cingular sucks too although they will change your plan mid contract. There are too many dead spots. Who wants to say “you there?” every other sentence?
(Laughing my ass off about your comment on my site about getting your coat. Probably a good move!)

Even Verizon, which is supposed to be great, can drop and loose reception from time to time. Modern technology is still not perfect!
