    Funny you should mention these. I had them for dinner tonight. With caviar.

    If they’re hard to unpeel, roll them very hard between your 2 palms and then the shell will come right off.

    Especially with a dab of salt – but it does suck when you don’t get all the shell pieces off. CRUNCH!

    well an easy way i learned to peel boiled eggs is to knock it on the table to crack the shell…
    don’t be afraid try different angle,the egg won’t be deformed inside…
    you will find the shell to peel off by itself…:)
    try it…
