    That is always the challenge: relating/bonding with offspring. Our parents probably went through the same thing when they tried to relate stories, sports, and movies from their day.

    The important thing is to reach out…and keep reaching out.

    At some point, on some topic, a bond is reached…hopefully!

    At least you’re not doing it through a text message!

      Hi Ron,

      I am sure you are right. I remember my father suggesting certain books and movies for me to read/watch.

      Not all of them resonated with me, but I appreciated the effort.

      I am just trying to do the same with my kids. Appreciate your visit, hope your Thursday is great.
