Shilling Your Blog/Book/Product
At least twice a week I receive comments from people whose sole purpose in being here is to try and use my blog as a platform to promote their blog/book/product or service.
Just so that it is clear I routinely delete these comments. I am not here to help you promote those items. There are plenty of ways to do that without involving me and if for some reason you are deadset on using this space to do so there are ways to make that happen.

Why do you object to people advertising their blog on your site?
It doesnt cost you money.
You dont lose readers.
it causes you no inconvenience or problem
Mr Jack-admit it, you are territorial and small-minded. At school you wouldnt share your sandwich or candy would you?
You very rarely if at all invite peopel to your home
if you meet a stranger in shule you wont bother inviting him for a shabat meal will you-you give him a smile and ahandshake and move on
Jack dont you see your attitude is part of a much broader problem.
ps after 7 years of marriage my wife finally got it right.
