    Rav Seinfeld,

I imagine it is all in the contract.

Gosh that was funny. Wonder how they got him to do it (on film).

    RR,

    Good question.

I saw that vid the other day, what a riot! I can’t believe the guy at Kosher World didn’t tell Hulk that he’d need to use a new grill. Or maybe he did, but Hulk took one too many hits to the old noggin and forgot! 😉

    Hi Shmutzy,

    Thanks.

    Amy,

I know, the whole holiday comment was out there. Clear that they didn’t quite understand what was going on.

Ha/Oy. “Maybe after the holiday you can come by and have them?” Whaaaaa?

I’ve had my share of uncomfortable moments with well-meaning hosts, too. Including a host trying to convince me that shrimp stock didn’t “count”. Sigh…

Just thought I’d let you know Daniel Gordis has another dispatch up. And it’s heartbreaking and inspiring all at once, as usual.

    Orieyenta,

I see that you did. I am way behind the curve.

    Rhea,

I run into people all the time who haven’t a clue what Kosher food is.

    Funky,

I did feel badly that they went and got Kosher food and then dropped it on the grill.

that was so hilarious! i don’t think they’re really being that ignorant at all. they just dont know. i had a friend of the family do the same thing with the bbq grill. feels kinda awkward when they’re going out of their way to accomodate you, and then you have to explain that you still can’t eat it because they messed up. SUCH an uncomfortable feeling!

That was great! It had to be script, though, right? I mean, how could they be that ignorant?

Hey I posted about this back in November but never thought to look for it on You Tube! Thanks for sharing.

I had to laugh since that Kosher World is one of the places I shop at! (Never saw Hulk Hogan there though.)
